Yeah, I get the frustration nothing kills the momentum in Diablo 4 faster than spending half your session playing inventory manager instead of actually running dungeons. When gear, mats, keys, and seasonal stuff all fight for the same limited stash space, it stops feeling like an ARPG and starts feeling like sorting simulator. Hopefully Blizzard eventually expands or restructures it in a smarter way rather than just piling more systems on top. For now though, it’s one of those issues you either tolerate or step away from for a bit and reset, maybe even switch your mind off with something light like nyt spelling bee solver just to unwind a little.
