Promoting education, especially education for sustainable development, to achieve the SDGs.

To create a more sustainable world and to engage with issues related to sustainability as described in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), individuals must become sustainability change-makers.
They require the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that empower them to contribute to sustainable development.
Education is thus crucial for the achievement of sustainable development, and Education for Sustainable Development is particularly needed because it empowers learners to take informed decisions and act responsibly for environmental integrity, economic viability and a just society, for present and future generations.

Global Warning issues – such as climate change – urgently require a shift in our lifestyles and a transformation of the way we think and act.
We must change our mindset.
To achieve this change, we need new skills, values and attitudes that lead to more sustainable societies.
Education systems must be adapted and respond to this pressing need by defining relevant learning objectives and learning contents, introducing pedagogies that empower learners, and urging their institutions to include sustainability principles in their management structures.

EDUCATION is a key enabler for CHANGE.

It identifies learning objectives, suggests topics and learning activities for each SDG, and describes implementation at different levels from course design to national strategies.

Educational programmes aims to support policy-makers, social change makers, teachers, professors, and educators in designing strategies and courses to promote learning for the SDGs of Agenda 2030 and the targets of Agenda 2063.

Education is an extremely determining factor for sustainable development, contributing to socio-economic growth and poverty reduction.

Literacy is a fundamental human right for all.

As children return to school in many countries across the world, also, UNESCO reaffirms its commitment to literacy with a special commitment to Africa, supporting major education reforms in the region including in Cameroun, Mali, Burundi, Cote d'Ivoire and Tchad.

This is part of a global effort to strengthen literacy programs across the globe, through dedicated programs, awards and educational projects, at a time when 40% of the world's population still cannot access education in a language they speak or understand.

Building a complete map of all educational sites in Africa.

Our mission is also to help African students to find better education opportunities first in Africa and then abroad to empower inter-African cultural exchange through educational exchange programmes.

We gathered the best educational options in the continent, and we present them in an easy way for you to choose from, with other useful information for your convenience.

Finding suitable educational sites is a hard task that we make easier !

Settling in a new country is a frustrating matter, that’s why we are finding and detecting abandoned old schools to recover and renovate to help students find out more and more options about their destination country, their culture, and how to find best accommodations.
